Yoga Teacher
Alex has been involved with yoga for over 50 years, starting during his university days. He learnt from Vijayadev Yogendra, who was a disciple of Shri Yogendraji of Bombay. Alex is a retired lawyer. He has a particular interest in sharing what he has learned with those looking for a deeper understanding of genuine Yoga.
The Centre for Healthy Living is a place where allied health professionals provide help and service as independent private practitioners. The Centre does not provide emergency or acute mental health services. People in need of these services should contact their GP or the Mental Health Unit at the Warwick Base Hospital.
